The chain rule is a formula for computing the derivative of the composition of two or more functions. Basically, D(f(g)) = (Df)(g)*Dg where D is the derivative operator.

Been trying to add a sign here ... keep getting the message "sign could not be uploaded ..."
What I've tried to sign are the two signs "chain" "rule". Since this involves derivatives, one might use three signs "derivative" "chain" "rule"
